The Leadership Pocono program opens with a team building kickoff event in September, then continues with monthly weekday sessions from 8a.m. until 5p.m. Normally scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month, regular sessions begin in October and end with graduation in June. Expectations
Participants must have the full support of the organization they represent. The Team-Building Kickoff is a two day mandatory event, generally held the first Friday evening and first Saturday of September. Participants may not miss more than one monthly session. Tuition is non-refundable. Training cost may also be eligible for reimbursement through WEDnet.
